Makes suggestions for process improvements as appropriate.Assists with monitoring departmental email queues, runs standard system reports, processes incoming and outgoing physical materials, and completes other related duties as assigned.Provides guidance to patrons, local interlibrary loan staff and colleagues at partner institutions regarding established interlibrary loan procedures.Assists with training and scheduling student workers.Provides input to ensure that related process documentation remains current.Ensures processes are consistent with Rutgers’ policies, procedures, consortial agreements, licenses, and in compliance with national and international interlibrary loan guidelines.
